Christmas Party 2.30 pm - 8.30 pm. From M61 Junction 6 turn North West onto A6. In 3.75 miles at 2nd mini-roundabout turn Right into Railway Road. Over Railway Bridge, hall on Right behind houses in about 150 metres. Jacob's Join (bring food and share). Dancing, singing, music. Possible music workshop in the afternoon. Present for children who have camped this year with North West Folk Area (Names to ?? by 30 Nov) Possible music get-together in afternoon, also dancing/games. Donation to charity instead of Christmas Cards if preferred.

The hall will open from 2.30 pm when Bob will make a brew and people have a wander and a natter until after 3 pm, then we have dancing until 5 pm, normally with some games as well. Members bring food to put on a table to share and we always get a lovely buffet. After that we have dancing and 'spots' until 8 pm when Bob makes another brew and we eat anything left over from the buffet. If there are musicians there then they have a get together in the afternoon in a separate room.
